Breakfast Club
Do your kids like a fun, energetic start to their day? Our Breakfast Club is open from 7:30 am every morning, and we’d love to welcome new faces! Whether your child enjoys games, crafts, or just a friendly chat over breakfast, there’s something here for everyone.
We know mornings can be busy, so let us help take the pressure off.
At Breakfast Club, students get a healthy meal and the chance to relax, play, and get ready for a great day at school.
It’s a wonderful way for children to make friends, try new activities, and arrive in class feeling happy and settled.

Milky Way After School Club
Open every weekday from school finish until 6:00PM
Milky Way After School Club offers a warm, welcoming space for children from St. Peter’s CEP to relax, play, and explore after the school day ends. Whether your child joins us straight from class or arrives after another club like Football or Lego Club, they’ll be greeted with friendly familiar faces and plenty of exciting activities to dive into. Milky Way Club is run by teaching and support staff from St Peter’s school, which supports the children with the transition at the end of the day.
A World of Fun and Creativity
Our club is designed to spark imagination and encourage active play. Outdoors, children can enjoy the full-size football pitch, shoot hoops on the basketball court, or challenge friends to a game of badminton. The climbing apparatus and swingball setup are always popular, and croquet on the lawn adds a touch of classic fun. Hide and seek is a regular favourite, giving children the chance to run, laugh, and explore.
Indoors, the fun continues with a wide variety of games and creative stations. Children can play table football, pool, mini air hockey, and table tennis, or settle down with puzzles and board games. For those who love building and designing, we offer construction bricks and Minecraft-style blocks; a firm favourite for all ages. Our arts and crafts area is often buzzing with activity, and recent favourites include making loom band bracelets and keyrings.
We also host cooking sessions where children can make their own pizzas and cupcakes; a delicious way to learn new skills and enjoy a treat. And when it’s time to let loose on those dark winter evenings our disco and karaoke machine brings the party to life!
Film night and popcorn is a once a week treat at the end of the week when everyone is ready to relax.
Tasty and Healthy Snacks
To keep energy levels up, we provide a selection of healthy snacks each afternoon at 4:30pm. Children can enjoy, wraps with fillings of cheese, ham and salami, pitta bread and houmous dips, rice cakes, olives, fresh fruit, crackers, and breadsticks, perfect for refuelling between activities. The children sit down together at a table during snack time and enjoy a social chat, snack time is a favourite time, for sure! All staff are First Aid trained and club leaders are Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene trained.
Easy Booking & Capacity Info
Bookings for Milky Way After School Club can be made through the Arbor App until 12:00 PM on the same day. We recommend booking early, as spaces can fill quickly, especially on busy days.
Our capacity is:
- 30 children on Mondays and Fridays
- 40 children on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
If the app doesn’t allow you to book, it may mean the club is already full for that day. Please do not hesitate to call the office should you have any questions regarding booking.
Costs and cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or charges will apply, unless your child is unwell and not attending school that day.
Session Times & Prices:
- 3:15 PM – 4:15 PM: £5.00
- 4:15 PM – 5:15 PM (with snack): £7.50
- 4:15 PM – 6:00 PM (with snack): £12.50
- 3:15 PM – 6:00 PM (with snack): £17.50

Transition from Other Clubs
Children attending other after-school clubs, such as Football Club or Lego Club are welcome to come straight to Milky Way After School Club afterwards. We’ll make sure they’re safely signed in and can join the fun as soon as their other club finishes.
